Data Processing Agreement
Last updated: February 24, 2026 ยท Compliant with GDPR Article 28
Why this DPA is simple
Because Universal Guardrail runs entirely on your infrastructure, we never act as a data processor for your end-user data. This DPA covers only the limited personal data we handle in the course of providing the subscription service (account management, billing, support). Enterprise customers requiring a signed DPA can request one at legal@universalguardrail.io.
